What is anger? It is an immature emotional action. We usually get anger on the persons whom we interact in the daily life. If a person acts something, which is not tolerable by us, we lose our temper.
When we are angry, our body experiences big changes. Our heart beat rises along with the blood pressure. Our nervous system is totally upset. The efficiency of our brain reduces considerably.Therfore the brain is not able to think about the consequences. Frequent anger affects the heart in the long run.
Anger brings us only losses in life. You may lose a good friend, a lover, a colleague or even assets.
How to avoid anger? We have to understand that it is not possible to expect every one to behave as per our wish. Every one is different with different views and different habits. We have to learn to live with all sorts of people in all kinds of environments. Learn to be calm, how bad the situation may be.
World will not go around as per our wish, but we have to learn and live according to the rotation of the world. Do not have too much of targets and goals beyond your capacity. Do not expect perfection in all the people around you. Learn to get what you want from them in a tactful and amicable way.
You may practice pranayama, yoga and meditation. A soothing music will help to calm the mind.
Do not think angry men are brave but surprisingly it is the calm persons who are able to manage any difficult situations without losing the temper are the real brave ones.
However, we can appear to be angry in certain matters to get positive results (A mother’s anger on her child to do home work)
Frequent anger will definitely affect the heart and the life span.
